This three-week phase focuses on stability, coordination and balance, helping you stay steady on your feet. Learn techniques to improve your balance and stability through targeted exercises.

Master standing on one leg, getting up from the floor safely, and improving your balance to prevent falls.

Weeks 4 to 6 — full-body strength training
Weeks 4–6

Strength

What you'll be doing

Target all the major muscle groups, including your legs, glutes, back, core, chest, shoulders and arms. Regain the strength and confidence in your body that you may have lost over the years.

Before you start

Yes. The programme is built specifically for women over 50 starting from any level. Every exercise has gentler alternatives, and your coach adjusts everything to your body and your pace. Most members haven't done structured exercise in years when they begin.
Every programme is reviewed by our resident doctor, and your coach tailors movements around any condition or injury. If you're unsure whether it's right for you, book a free 1:1 with one of our experts first and we'll talk it through together.
No special equipment is required. The programme is designed to be done from the comfort of your own home, using your bodyweight and a few everyday household items. If you have a resistance band or light weights, great, but they're not essential.
Around twenty minutes a day, four times a week. The sessions are short, manageable and designed to fit around your life rather than take it over. Consistency matters far more than long, exhausting workouts.
