What Is Goodnick?

A progressive 9 week strength and fitness programme consisting of 4 x 20 minute classes per week covering the 3 MOST important areas to keep you strong, fit and flexible

Week 1-3  Balance & Stability

 

In Part 1 area we start at a beginner level to  develop your balance, stability, coordination, and core strength. 

This gives your muscles, joints and bones the solid foundation they need to function optimally.

 

Week 4-6  Full Body Strength

 

The aim of Part 2 is to improve your full-body strength, with exercises like squats and lunges.

Don’t worry if you’ve never tried these before, each exercise can be tailored to your ability and mood for that day and will help to offset any muscle loss with ageing and keep your body stronger for longer.

 

Week 7-9  Fitness & Cardio

 

In Part 2 our aim is to build your overall fitness, improve circulation and your boost energy and endurance levels. 

Our moderate level classes are a safe & easy way to ensure you are seeing real life progression each day so you can continue to do more of the things you love.

All classes are low impact and offer both seated and standing options, allowing you to adapt each class and exercise to your own needs and abilities.
