Hi, I am in week 9 of the Goodnick programme. It’s been quite a challenge for me as I am not into fitness! I have really appreciated Emma’s approach, encouraging us and skillfully building up our levels of flexibility, strength and fitness. Results are subtle but significant, and as a result I am going to join the Club, just in the ‘nick of time’!


Anyone over 60 who feels that the fitness programs classes are too difficult please give this a try, brilliant coaching and support, worth every penny. I’m now signed up for good! So helps functional movement and balance joined after breaking my ankle and needing to get fit again. I’m not there yet but know this will help me be the best I can be thank you team Goodnick


I took the free 3 day challenge which encouraged me to try the 9week plan. I loved it! I found it easy to follow; nothing is overwhelming or too difficult, but you really feel you are making progress. I definitely feel less stiff, stronger and fitter so I’ve just signed up for the one year plan. It’s understandable to feel sceptical about online offers, as I was, but this is real - it does not feel money grabbing; the quality of Emma’s instruction and support is excellent. I was unsure how suitable this programme would be for a 'mature' person but it shows variations for all levels of fitness. The upbeat approach of the trainer is encouraging and I felt inspired to keep going, even when the going got tough. I am now going to continue the programme as, for me, accountability is necessary for success. I would recommend dipping your toe in, even if only for the first 9 week programme to see if it is suitable for your own needs.


This has been such fun, from the moment I started the three day challenge to now in my 8th week of the starter programme. It has also been a challenge, to do more than I think I can and a revelation that more is possible! I planned to do new things in my 70’s and this is certainly something I would never have imagined doing. I’m looking forward to a whole new me in the future programmed that I’ve signed up for.
