Getting started
Yes. The programme is built specifically for women over 50 starting from any level. Every exercise has gentler alternatives, and your coach adjusts everything to your body and your pace. A lot of members haven't done structured exercise in years when they begin.
Not at all. We have members well into their eighties. The programme meets you where you are and progresses gently. It's never about keeping up with anyone else, only about getting stronger than you were last week.
If you're a woman over 50 who wants to feel stronger, steadier and more mobile, it's built for you. If you're still unsure, book a free 1:1 with one of our experts and we'll talk it through with you honestly.
You'll receive a welcome email straight away with everything you need. You'll be matched with your coaching team and start the programme on the soonest Monday, and you'll be invited to join our members' WhatsApp group so you're part of the community from day one.
The programme
Around twenty minutes a day, four times a week. The sessions are short, manageable and designed to fit around your life rather than take it over. Consistency matters far more than long, exhausting workouts.
Exercise coaching, form-check coaching, daily accountability, nutrition guidance, resident doctor access and the Get In Good Nick Method, all delivered by your coaching team over nine weeks.
No special equipment is required. The programme is designed to be done from the comfort of your own home, using your bodyweight and a few everyday household items. If you have a resistance band or light weights, great, but they're not essential.
It's a blend. You get guided sessions you can follow on your own schedule, plus real human coaching, accountability and form feedback from your team along the way. You're never left to figure it out alone.
It's Rob's proven framework: the right things, in the right order, repeated until they become second nature. It focuses on strength, balance and mobility, the three things that matter most for staying capable and confident as you age.
That's exactly what your team is there for. A gentle nudge, a check-in, and a plan to get you back on track. Nobody quietly drops off with Get In Good Nick, and there's no judgement if life gets in the way.
Health and safety
Every programme is reviewed by our resident doctor, and your coach tailors movements around any condition or injury. If you're unsure whether it's right for you, book a free 1:1 with one of our experts first and we'll talk it through together.
Yes. The programme is designed with joint health, bone density and fall prevention in mind, and every movement has lower-impact alternatives. It's overseen by Dr Dan, our resident doctor, so you can trust it's right for your body.
Life happens, and we plan for it. Whether you need a short break or a longer one, your Support Coach will be able to advise you on this and support your return whenever you're ready.
If you have a significant health condition or any concerns, it's always sensible to check with your GP before starting any new exercise programme. Our team is also happy to answer questions on a free 1:1 with one of our experts.
Payment and practical
The complete nine-week programme is a one-off payment of ยฃ150. That gives you full access to everything, with nothing else to pay.
Yes. The payment gives you full access to the 9-week programme. Should you need more time to complete it for any reason, we'll extend your access for as long as you need.
We want you to feel confident before you commit, so we offer a free 1:1 with one of our experts first. And if it doesn't feel like the right fit, you're covered by our 100% money-back guarantee, so you haven't spent a penny.
